The Challenge.
A high-profile U.S. company had an immediate need for several financial project professionals to engage in a short term project before a decision could be made on making key positions permanent.
Headquartered in Chicago with affiliate offices over 600 miles away, this $350 million a year organization needed these professionals to be based in multiple locations and wanted one specialty company to manage the entire project. Due to the short time frame of the project, it was critical that these consultants pay immediate dividends.
The Solution.
Ajilon Finance Solutions was able to leverage its national reach to identify highly-qualified professionals who would be able to start on short notice with minimal training or learning. As the project developed, the team took complete ownership of the operations and established full sets of policies and procedures from which all future department employees would benefit.
Our project professionals achieved the client objectives - ahead of schedule and under budget. As a result, two were hired in full-time roles - one as the organization’s new Director of Finance and the other as its Federal Grants Manager.
